Office of Technology Development & Commercialization (TDC) and DogWorks™ is located in and managed by the Lyles Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at California State University, Fresno. Representing the San Joaquin Valley region, Lyles Center is committed to economic growth through the commercialization of technology and entrepreneurial ventures.

TDC provides the expertise and support to rapidly develop, market, and protect commercially viable ideas.  Distilled to its essence, TDC is an idea development lab that sifts through student, faculty, and public idea submissions looking for innovative products, processes and unique business models to commercialize.

DogWorks™ is an interdisciplinary project based agile development team styled in the spirit of the legendary Lockheed Martin SkunkWorks®. DogWorks™ operates in autonomy yet in sync with the university’s mission.
